This piece is part one of a correspondence project where I communicated with a fellow aspiring cinematographer through short films, in an attempt to get to know the other person through their work. It serves as a compilation of my best work while I tell you little about myself.

A selection of my best work throughout the years
"SMILE"
"Smile" is a short narrative film that explores the journey of a young woman into a strange corporate world. This psychological thriller is a reflection of the monotony of everyday corporate life, and the discouragement of creativity on 9/5 cubicle style jobs.
"Dust it Off -videoclip"
This piece is an interpretation of what the videoclip for the song "Dust it off" by the band The Do would look like.
"A silent patient -trailer"
This piece is a personal interpretation of what the book "A Silent Patient" by Alex Michaelides would look like as a movie trailer or teaser.
"FIVE POINTS - Day and Night"
Five Points - Day and Night is a documentary short that explores the contrasting differences between Downtown Columbia’s day and nightlife.
"Saudade"
This piece is a short film exploring the meaning behind the Portuguese word "Saudade". This word, with no translation to the English language, means the feeling of longing nostalgicaly something or someone you can't go back to.
"Patel's Convenience"
This piece is a documentary that talks about Patel, a convenience store owner in the college town of Columbia. It explores his relationship to students and his family.

A rebranding package I created for a local hibachi restaurant in Columbia. The package included a new logo, new menu, new business cards and social media posts with the new brand colors.
